Kenya's 8% fuel VAT rate due to expire 14 October; Bill would extend it by 90 days
Kenya's Tax Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2026 would keep VAT on petrol, diesel and kerosene at 8% for another 90 days, until mid-December, Business Daily reported on 13 October 2026.
