Kenya tells state agencies to patch PHP websites over two critical flaws
Kenya's State Department for ICT and the Digital Economy told ministries and agencies in an advisory dated 21 October 2026 to install PHP's new security fixes, and to consider restricting access to systems they cannot secure quickly.
