DR Congo Ebola cases pass 9,000 as Bundibugyo vaccine trial nears start
The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) had 9,066 confirmed Ebola cases and 4,381 deaths as of 11 October, Xinhua reported on 13 October. The same day, CEPI said final preparations are under way for a Phase 2/3 trial of vaccines against the Bundibugyo strain.
