Kenya's Ruto proposes no PAYE for earners up to KSh 32,333 a month and removal of 25% phone import duty
President William Ruto proposed on 20 October that Kenyans earning KSh 32,333 or less a month pay no PAYE, that land deals worth KSh 1 million or less be exempt from stamp duty and that the 25 per cent import duty on mobile phones be removed, Citizen Digital reported.
