Madagascar reports four confirmed plague cases, five more suspected in the south-east

Madagascar's health ministry reported four confirmed plague cases on 13 October, and five suspected cases in Midongy Atsimo District, in the south-east, Xinhua reported. Three people in the district probably died of plague, L'Express de Madagascar reported.
