Kenya Airways sets three weekly Guangzhou flights for winter, opens bookings for second daily Dubai flight from 25 October

Kenya Airways will fly three weekly Nairobi–Bangkok–Guangzhou flights in the 2026/27 northern winter season and has dropped a fourth weekly flight it had planned to keep from 25 October 2026, the aviation news site AeroRoutes reported on 10 September 2026.

AeroRoutes lists KQ886 leaving Nairobi at 23:59, reaching Bangkok at 13:30 the next day and leaving for Guangzhou at 14:40, landing at 18:35. KQ887 leaves Guangzhou at 21:40, reaches Bangkok at 23:35, departs at 01:00 the next day and lands in Nairobi at 06:05. Both use a Boeing 787-8.

AeroRoutes had reported on 10 July 2026 that Kenya Airways intended to keep a fourth weekly flight on the route, leaving Nairobi on Sundays, for the winter season. Its 10 September report says that plan is no longer in effect.

On the Dubai route, AeroRoutes reported on 17 July 2026 that the airline had opened bookings for a second daily Nairobi–Dubai flight from 25 October 2026.

AeroRoutes had reported on 14 July 2026 that the airline planned to increase Nairobi–Dubai service from 11 to 14 weekly flights from 1 September 2026, but had filed that schedule only until 24 October, with one daily flight listed for the winter season.

AeroRoutes lists the two daily Dubai round trips with a Boeing 737-800. KQ310 leaves Nairobi at 18:15 and arrives at 00:30 the next day; KQ304 leaves at 23:30 and arrives at 05:45 the next day. In the other direction KQ311 leaves Dubai at 02:20 and lands at 06:25, and KQ305 leaves at 06:55 and lands at 11:10.
