Nairobi Drum Circle
A monthly open drum circle in Nairobi's city centre, held on the first Friday of every month from 4pm; the next one is on 6 November at Hilton Park.
About the event
Nairobi Drum Circle is an open-air gathering in the city centre where anyone can join in and drum. It takes place on the first Friday of every month from 4pm; the next session is on Friday 6 November at Hilton Park in the CBD.
The circle is organised by Dreamkona. Its relaunch poster in July also carried the name of TICAH and partners including the Safer Nairobi Initiative, Placemaking Nairobi, Upstage and the Goethe-Institut, and promised drummers and dancers from the Dance Life Festival.
The July session was held at Jobless Corner; the circle has since been listed at Hilton Park.
