About the event

One Off Contemporary Art Gallery in Rosslyn is showing They Did Not Know We Were Seeds, paintings by Xavier Verhoest. The show opened on Saturday 26 September and runs until Sunday 19 October.

Verhoest, a Belgian painter based in Nairobi and a former refugee aid worker, has shown at One Off many times. The poster image is a large tree painted over washes of ochre, with drips running down the canvas.

It runs at the same time as Jana Na Leo, works on paper by Maori Wasike. Parking at the gallery is limited, and the gallery asks visitors to call or WhatsApp before coming.
