About the event

Voices for a Change is an informal community evening at Impact Hub Nairobi in Lavington, held in support of Agatha Amani House. The organisation runs a safe home in Kenya for women and children affected by sexual and domestic violence, and helps survivors heal and rebuild their lives.

The programme moves from an introduction to the house, through the realities survivors face in Kenya and how the shelter takes women from safety to self-sufficiency, to practical ways to help: education, volunteering, partnerships and donations.

The evening is hosted by Félicia Querenghi, a French volunteer with the house, and Nyakio, its founder. Places are limited and guests must RSVP.
