Kenyan Senate committee recommends dropping the Artificial Intelligence Bill, 2026
Kenya's Senate ICT committee says the Artificial Intelligence Bill, 2026, may regulate AI "too broadly, too early and too punitively" and recommends the Senate not proceed with it, The Star reported on 15 October 2026.
