Kenya says e-birth notification should reach SHA hospitals within three months
Kenya's Immigration and Citizen Services Principal Secretary Belio Kipsang said hospitals contracted by the Social Health Authority should join the electronic birth notification system within three months, Kenyans.co.ke reported on 6 October 2026.
