Kenyan dumpling seller Caroline Mungiria learnt from Chinese cookbooks and now has a Nairobi shop
Caroline Mungiria began Noi Dumplings as a cloud kitchen in September 2025 and now has a store at Diamond Plaza in Nairobi that records 40 to 50 sales a day, Business Daily reported on 22 October 2026 in a profile of three Kenyan dumpling sellers in Nairobi and Mombasa.
