Chinese phone maker Transsion, whose Tecno and Infinix brands sell in Kenya, opens Hong Kong share sale

On 7 October 2026, Chinese phone maker Transsion Holdings opened bookbuilding for 86.65 million H shares at HK$35.30 to HK$38.80, which would raise up to HK$3.36 billion; pricing is expected on 13 October and trading from 15 October, according to The Paper and Bloomberg.
